Position Summary

The Marketing & Creative Coordinator plays a hands-on role in bringing the Bean Squeeze brand to life across digital platforms, in-store environments, and physical assets. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media, coordinating signage and packaging updates, and ensuring the brand is visually consistent and ahead of seasonal needs.

Reporting directly to the business owner, this role also includes managing external creatives, visiting stores to identify and improve visual elements, and producing internal training videos to support the team experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business listings, LinkedIn)

  • Create engaging content and short-form videos for social media, internal training, website, etc.

  • Plan and coordinate product photoshoots and behind-the-scenes content

  • Brief and manage external creatives and suppliers (e.g. graphic designers, photographers, signage companies)

  • Manage and update packaging, menus, POS signage, and other branded materials

  • Keep the website fresh and up to date

  • Plan ahead for seasonal campaigns and signage updates to ensure timely rollouts

  • Visit stores regularly to identify and improve visual elements that impact the customer experience

  • Support content planning with monthly calendars or campaign themes

  • Stay on top of digital and social trends, applying them in ways that fit the Bean Squeeze brand

  • Respond to DMs and comments to maintain community engagement

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in a creative, marketing, or brand role

  • Proficient in digital tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content

  • Great organisational and project coordination skills

  • Experience managing freelancers or external creatives (highly regarded)

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Working Environment

  • This is a full-time position based in our Grovedale office

  • Travel to stores across the Geelong region will be required

  • Role involves both creative ideation and hands-on coordination and execution
