Our Toasted Rolls are new to the menu and perfect for lunch on the run! Made with crumbed chicken tenderloins from Bannockburn Free Range, spinach, cheddar and housemade lemon mayonnaise on fresh baked La Madre ciabatta.
Choc Hazelnut Protein Ball
A crowd fave, our Choc Hazelnut Protein Ball is a smooth mix of hazelnuts, dates, cacao, maple syrup and coconut oil rolled in toasted coconut. The addition of Life Grip’s Whey Protein Powder makes for both a tasty and energy boosting treat.
Housemade Sausage Roll
A new addition to our savoury menu, the housemade sausage roll is classic yum. Crisp flaky pastry, hearty beef mince filling, topped with poppy seeds and best eaten (we think!) with our made-from-scratch tomato sauce.
