To make this happen we only employ staff that are naturally great with people and have a fun and friendly personality. We want people that are genuinely happy and smiling and can interact well with our guests and with other team members.

Working at Bean Squeeze is fast paced and never dull so you need to be able to work well under pressure without getting stressed out.

Do you love coffee or want to learn all about it?

One of our main goals is to be the best and that means the best espresso coffee’s possible. To do this we need team members that have a genuine interest in learning about all the various aspects of coffee, from making the perfect espresso to how to keep everything consistently great.
