Once you've applied for a position you will hear back from us within a week. If you have been successful to the next stage you'll receive an email with a link to book an interview online.

The first interview is just a casual chat at our Mercer St office. There will be around 3-4 other people there at the same time who have applied for the position. This interview is used to get to know you a little bit, and for you to see if you think you'll like working here. We're not really that keen on people who just sit there and don't say anything......so ask some questions and get involved!!
The interview will be held at our office next to our Mercer St store...here's a link to google maps.

This interview will also be in a group of about 4 people. It's used to explain our guest service expectations, and give you a chance to demonstrate your guest service skills and knowledge. It will also give you a chance to ask any further questions and for us to learn a bit more about you.

After the 2nd interview you'll be contacted (if you're successful) to go through our induction at the Mercer St office. In the induction you'll learn all about what to expect from Bean Squeeze and what we expect from you. You'll be given some paperwork to take home and fill out (what fun!!) and be told which store you will be joining.
In the induction we will let you know when your first shift is and what to do during your first shift. Your new Store Manager will be with you the whole time during your initial shift to introduce to the other staff, show you around and help you get going.
